Barry is a technical leader with 25 years hands on experience of Network and Infrastructure Operations/Engineering, Data Centre, IT Project/Program management and Cloud across multiple sectors (Global Cloud Computing providers, Global Financial Services provider, Government and Airline).
He has project managed, built, migrated, upgraded and managed large scale, high availability IT Network, Infrastructure and Data Centres, and has experience with audit and compliance. Barry identifies and delivers improvements in multiple areas (risk, change control, process, availability, compliance, cost). He delivers zero-defect critical technology changes in complex environments through detailed investigation and planning. He has managed APAC Network Operations teams including 3rd level 24×7 and Tier 1 support vendors.
