6 & 8 Parramatta Square

As part of Parramatta Square’s multi-billion-dollar urban development, 6 & 8 Parramatta Square forms an iconic part of the new skyline.

LCI’s building services involvement with the project included Peer Review, Value Engineering and ESD Services to optimise the services of this 52-storey, 130,000 m2 commercial office and retail facility. The VE process has led to a full rationalisation and redesign of the building services providing increased surety of achieving their NABERS target demonstrating a potential cost reduction in the millions of dollars. The Building will achieve 6 Star Green Star, 5.5 Star NABERS and 4 Star NABERS Water.
