The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) previously occupied four levels of 19 National Circuit in Barton ACT. This project consolidated the workplace activities onto three levels (5,600 m²) for 38 Sydney Avenue Barton.
To assist in this process, LCI provided fitout building engineering design services. This included identifying the sketch plan design requirements for the proposed fitout and the detailed/tender documentation.
As the project progressed through the construction phase LCI provided construction phase services and commissioning/documentation management of the building services.
