BDO Office Fitout at Parkline Place

BDO’s relocation to Parkline Place marks a key milestone in its ongoing growth. Occupying approximately 7,500 sqm across five levels, the new workplace is designed to support a team of 800 partners and staff. Positioned directly above Sydney Metro’s Gadigal Station, the location offers seamless connectivity—reinforcing BDO’s focus on accessibility, employee wellbeing, and operational efficiency.

The new office reflects BDO’s commitment to a future-ready, client-centric environment that supports flexibility and sustainability. It promotes collaboration and innovation while aligning with BDO’s values of delivering exceptional client experiences. Integration with public transport infrastructure also supports broader environmental goals by encouraging low-impact travel.

LCI played a critical role in the success of this project, drawing on our experience as the base building engineers for 252 Pitt Street. We delivered Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Security, Fire Protection, Hydraulics, and Specialist Lighting Design services to support the fitout. Our in-depth knowledge of the building’s systems enabled us to streamline the base building review, reduce risk, and provide integrated, performance-driven engineering solutions tailored to BDO’s workplace vision.
