Brisbane Sky Tower Apartments

The Brisbane Sky Tower is the tallest residential tower building in Brisbane, with 88 levels above ground and 8 floors of underground carparking. To service the building, a comprehensive lift service was required, and LCI was up to the challenge.

LCI provided the design for 20 lifts serving four rises in the building as well as two dedicated carpark lifts for commercial parking. In addition to this, pool access and private penthouse lifts were also required as well as a large capacity goods lift servicing all levels of the building.

LCI successfully delivered the lift systems and produced the Specification for the marketplace tender.
