ELMO Cloud HR & Payroll

LCI Consultants completed the services design for the Elmo Cloud HR & Payroll fitout at 580 George Street, Sydney. The tenancy is split across 2 levels and incorporates a central atrium with an internal staircase. A ‘Town Hall’ social meeting place with a cafeteria, a games area, table tennis, and pool tables and a dedicated yoga room are also part of the fitout. Level 12 was later refurbished in September 2020 to create a different workflow for the Research and Development teams, incorporating access to internal huddle areas and plenty of whiteboard space for brainstorming and collaboration.

Our design team worked closely with the Project Managers and Interior Designers throughout the project to understand Elmo’s services requirements and to coordinate a fitout that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing within a short timeframe of only 12 weeks. LCI Consultants provided electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and hydraulic services.

The ELMO Cloud HR & Payroll office fitout was awarded Silver for the 2019 Sydney Design Awards.
