SMEC Office Fitout

The new SMEC Brisbane Office occupies two new floors at the Kingsgate Development in the Fortitude Valley, Queensland. The new fitout will see to it that all staff members are able to work in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

LCI were engaged by SMEC to supply building services for their new office fitout. The brief included a flexible space for several types of meeting rooms, as well as a kitchen and staff entertainment area.

This high-end fitout is a new business transition for SMEC comprising of an agile workplace featuring formal and informal meeting areas, flexible collaboration spaces, the latest high-speed technology, a café style kitchen and an entertainment area. The fitout includes state of the art lighting control systems, extensive audio-visual systems and specialist lighting services.
