Located between Elizabeth Street and Castlereagh Street, and between Hunter Street and Martin Place, the Sydney Metro Martin Place precinct forms a major transport and commercial hub within Sydney’s CBD.

The precinct integrates a key interchange station on the Sydney Metro network with two premium office towers: Macquarie’s global headquarters at 1 Elizabeth Street and a 29-storey commercial tower at 39 Martin Place. 1 Elizabeth is integrated with the previously redeveloped historic building at 50 Martin Place. The development also delivers new retail and hospitality spaces, along with publicly accessible amenities that support activation of the precinct.
