Located in one of Sydney’s premier innovation precincts, The Glasshouse consists of 35,000m2 of commercial office space achieved 5-Star NABERS Energy, 4-Star NABERS Water, and 5-Star Green Star rating, complete with 2 level of underground carparking, ground floor retail and light-filled entrance lobby. Like a modern glasshouse, it inspires the perfect balance of inspiration, creativity and productivity. The Smart strategies for the building are integrated into almost every facet and disciplines of the building.

LCI provided design for Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire Protection, Fire Safety, Engineering, ESD, and Smart Building Initiatives for Stage 1 of Macquarie Square precinct development.
