Forming a central part of the Westfield Carousel redevelopment and extension in 2018, the Waverley Brewhouse is a new restaurant/nano-brewery tenancy. The Waverley Brewhouse has a floor area of 750m2 with seating for approximately 200 guests. The project is split into two storeys; the ground floor covers some back of house areas, incorporating a bin store and keg rooms. The upper floor contains the major portion of works, including a new toilet block, new kitchen, dining rooms and some external alfresco seating areas. There is also a nano-brewery within the main seating area.

LCI designed the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services for the entire tenancy, working closely with the architect and base building design team. The design included connection to mechanical air conditioning and exhaust systems/provisions (provided by base building); new lighting, power and communications systems and all hydraulic water, waste and gas connections required for the tenancy.
