Challenge:

The federal government developed an economic stimulus package that included the development and redevelopment of over 30 schools, in which LCI were asked to provide the engineering services. This package would enable schools to provide a better quality facility for students and staff.

Solution:

The project entailed providing services that spanned across a range of different schools including primary schools, high schools, public schools, private schools and skills tech schools whilst incorporating school halls, resource centres, science centres and classrooms.

The projects have been located across Queensland in areas such as Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Wide Bay.

Outcome:

The completion of this project saw to it that areas across Queensland had upgraded facilities for the students and staff that ensured their comfort and assisted in the development of the students learning.
