Evolution Healthcare engaged LCI in a full design service capacity to provide tender documentation associated with the refurbishment of their existing Level 3 & 4 floors from primarily administration space to sub-acute inpatient units.
One of key criteria for Evolution Healthcare was that the refurbishment works were not to interfere with the existing day to day operations ongoing throughout the remaining areas of the operational hospital.
LCI provided staged documentation in a carefully co-ordinate manner with the wider design consultants, thus ensuring the clients requirements were met. LCI also engaged early with both the main and sub contractors to ensure a smooth construction administration phase variation free.
The project was constructed on time, within budget, but most importantly without affecting the existing hospital day to day operations.
