Addressing bias, and diversity as a whole, is a top priority for our business.

Our goal is to forge a more equitable world where people are recognised for their achievements regardless of race, gender, age, cultural background, political beliefs, religion, as well as other distinct differences between people.

In supporting this year’s theme of #IWD, we asked our staff about the roles they plan to play in breaking the gendered bias in our industry. As long as one woman faces discrimination, harassment, inequality or oppression, we all do.
