Phil is a Structural Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive understanding of commercial construction techniques and is familiar with various project delivery models including Design & Construct, Novated D&C, ECI, Managing Contractor, Traditional Lump Sum, PPP and Construct Only. Phil identifies key challenges, priorities, and risks to a project. This enables him to devise strategies for implementation of well-considered solutions to complex issues. He enjoys solving challenges with simple, buildable, and cost-effective solutions that respect aesthetic and planning requirements.
