Tim Baxter

Tim is an experienced leader of multi-disciplinary teams. He brings extensive design knowledge from over 20 years as a building services consultant. Tim acts as a key client interface in the project delivery, where he is involved in executive and project design meetings from project inception to practical completion of the installation. Tim has developed a broad engineering knowledge base, from a wide range of project designs throughout Australia, including major projects in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Queensland.
His specialist expertise is in electrical services design, including electrical infrastructure design, lighting, power, and communications systems. He is involved in the design of educational, healthcare, and critical facilities in both electrical and multi-disciplinary lead roles. Tim leads LCI’s National Operational Management Systems, including Environmental and Quality Teams, which involve implementing, monitoring, and developing the Quality Management system for LCI.
