In collaboration with BVN, we are working with Build to Rent (BTR) operator Arklife to deliver a new 300 apartment tower in Fortitude Valley. 50 Constance Street will transform the existing block into a vibrant, urban address for residents to live, work and play. The development will also include 1 level of office space and ground floor retail.
The building will be targeting several challenging sustainability aspirations including, 7 Star NathERS, 5 Star NABERS and 5 Star GreenStar (Buildings Tool).
