Built in 1990, 73 Miller Street initially stood as an architectural symbol of its era. But times have changed, necessitating a bold re-envisioning of this North Sydney landmark. Proudly, LCI took part in this ambitious transformation, evolving 73 Miller Street from a 14,672 sqm B-grade tower to a 19,439 sqm A-grade marvel.

THE CHALLENGE

The main hurdle involved revitalising the building without losing its connection to the natural and built environment. In addition, we aimed to do more than just update the building to modern standards; we wanted to set new ones for both design and efficiency.

OUR SOLUTION

LCI offered comprehensive design services for ESD and all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, vertical transportation and fire engineering. We focused particularly on attaining 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS ratings—industry benchmarks that represent the pinnacle of sustainable building practices.
