Designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects, this 6-Star hotel surpasses the service levels of any other hotel development available in Sydney, incorporating an 89-storey tower that provides a mixed-use of hotel and villa suites, residential apartments, sky gaming, as well as multiple levels of VIP gaming, restaurant and bars.
LCI’s building services involvement with the project included detailed design and construct packages, delivering the fully-coordinated mechanical, electrical, communications, security, fire, hydraulics and central monitoring services designs. The site is connected to the Sydney CBD’s triplex system via 2 separate HV substations. The air conditioning system is connected to the Barangaroo District Cooling Plant which provides cooling to the site.
In addition to engineering design, we are currently providing NABERS energy monitoring and assessment for the applicable classifications of the building.
