hipages Office Fitout

LCI completed the services design on the new offices for hipages at 255 Pitt Street totalling over 1800m² floor space. Making the hipages Sydney headquarter feel like a home away from home while delivering a state-of-the-art technological workplace required the service design to pay special attention to every detail.

The fitout included features such as a rumpus room and a large open kitchen area as well as some inviting outdoor areas for staff use.

As part of the design LCI integrated the make good of the tenancy services including air conditioning and lighting services and documented exposed services as features to a large part of the tenancy.

Awards: The hipages Sydney office won the Sydney Design Awards 2018 Silver Award.
