The Star’s new restaurant Uncle Su draws inspiration from respected Chinese traditions, the Australian landscape and the Gold Coast’s vibrant spirit. Aligning with The Star’s brand, the premium venue delivers a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for visitors and locals.
LCI provided mechanical, electrical including ICT and security, fire protection and hydraulic services. The refurbishment optimises the kitchen layout for optimal flow and includes additional cold storage.
The restaurant dining area expands into the newly constructed The Boardwalk, which seamlessly integrates the new Dorsett Hotel and The Star Residences apartment tower to the existing resort.
